YEREVAN.- Subdivisions of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army participate in the military parade held in the Republic Square of Yerevan.

Troops of NKR Defense Army, holders of “Tigran Mets” order, are headed by Chief of Staff, Major General Levon Mnatsakanyan.

Troops of 102nd military base of the Russian Federation under the command of Colonel Dmitry Sorokin also participate in a military parade in Armenia’s capital.

The next are the soldiers of the fourth army corps of the Armed Forces, led by the corps commander, Major-General Poghos Poghosyan followed by the soldiers of the fifth corps of the Armed Forces, including regiment named after the famous 89th Tamanskaya Division.

Military parade is dedicated to 20th anniversary of Armenia’s Independence.
