YEREVAN. - Armenia’s Rule of Law party prepares for Parliamentary elections, said party MP Hovhannes Margaryan at “Trends of election campaign in Armenia and possibilities of cooperation between political forces” discussion.
“I believe everybody is busy working on organization issues and program clarification. We must contribute to creation of electoral culture in our country. The Electoral code should grow consistent with the will and resolution of political powers in order to have legitimate elections. This is directly linked to international credit of our country: the more unbiased and legitimate elections we hold, the higher goes our credit. Naturally, one of the preconditions for this is country’s stability during the pre-election process. The tangled issues-to-be must be made a subject of public discussions. We shouldn’t struggle with problems, we should discuss them,” said Margaryan.
Parliamentary elections in Armenia are scheduled for May 2012.
