YEREVAN. – The oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) rally scheduled for Friday will become a forum of national self-government to accept the concrete plan for ANC further activities, ANC coordinator Levon Zurabyan told the journalists on Tuesday.

“We should achieve a breakthrough on the massiveness of our meetings. We call our supporters to come up with offers to develop a program of mass events, establishment of democracy and to participate directly in its realization in the next rally,” Zurabyan said.

In response to the question whether the upcoming rally will gather many people, Zurabyan responded that he cannot speak for people. They decide to come or not. Meantime, when people raise authorities become the main factor for the development of the events. And authorities usually have nothing but start negotiations, the coordinator stated.

ANC last rally was on September 23 and since then rallies should be held every week. The next is scheduled for Friday.
