YEREVAN. - The next Armenian parliament features are already evident, writes Hraparak paper.

“We have information that the presidential administration forbade some of the oligarchs to participate in the elections. Some of those oligarchs are MPs with nicknames, including Lyovik of Flour mill, Nemec Rubo, and Ashot Arsenyan of Jermuk. Yerevan ex-mayor Gagik Beglaryan’s candidacy, who is a member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia, has also been discussed. Beglaryan’s election is based on his connections and influence, as he can provide the most percentage of votes for the Republican Party. His return to the party assembly shows that the “prodigal son” is forgiven,” writes the paper.
