YEREVAN. - Opposition Armenian National Congress rally of September 30 will not offer anything new, said MP from ruling Republican Party Gagik Minasyan to a press conference on Thursday.

Referring to the opposition-authorities dialogue, Minasyan stressed that he believes in its resumption as it reflects the interests of the people and state.

The opposition-authorities dialogue was suspended in August based on ANC activist Tigran Arakelyan political prisoner discourse. ANC demands his release to resume the talks.
