YEREVAN. – Politics of Russia towards Armenia will not change after the 2012 elections, deputy chairman of oppositional Armenian Heritage party Ruben Hakobyan said.

Hakobyan stressed that Russia undoubtedly is Armenia’s strategic ally. However, it should not serve for the fact that Russia may form authority in Armenia.

Besides, Hakobyan does not understand why Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan’s return issue to politics is so much analyzed. He is currently expected to enter an active political field, Hakobyan added.
