YEREVAN. – Armenian MOD Seyran Ohanyan made three days’ visit to Nagorno-Karabakh from September 29 to October 1.

Armenian Minister and his Karabakh counterpart Movses Hakobyan visited several military bases in northern and north-eastern parts of Karabakh, MOD press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The minister considers it unforgivable to have human losses in peaceful time. Moreover, public demand is justified and terrible phenomena should be reduced to the minimum.

“All commanders should know it is an issue of honor. Military order is the guarantee of troops fighting capability and provides for fighting spirit,” Ohanyan stated.
