YEREVAN. – Kuwait’s Minister of Finance Mustafa Jassem Al-Shamali is in Armenia on a 3-day visit. And on Tuesday, he discussed with Armenia’s Minister of Economy, Tigran Davtyan, the enlargement and deepening of trade and economic relations between Armenia and Kuwait.
During the work meeting they examined the possibilities for investment projects in different economic domains, Ministry of Economy Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
At the end of the meeting, Armenian Development Agency gave the guests details on Armenia’s business and investment environment, possibilities for increasing the volume of bilateral trade turnover, and investment projects of mutual interest.
Within the framework of the official Kuwaiti delegation’s visit to Armenia, Kuwait’s Finance Minister is also scheduled to meet with Armenian PM and President, and with Finance and Foreign Affairs Ministers. Armenia-Kuwait Inter-Governmental Committee’s inaugural session is also planned.
