YEREVAN.- Not qualifying for the Euro 2012 final round is not a failure, said Armenian squad’s head coach Vardan Minasyan ahead of the qualifying match against Macedonia scheduled for October 7.

Vardan Minasyan stated that the football team’s problems have increased.

“We have invited 21 football players but Araz Ozbilis was not in a good physical shape. Hrayr Mkoyan is disqualified, Robert Arzumanyan’s injury will not heal until the match, Yura Movsisyan and Roman Berezovski are in a good physical shape,” he explained.

Vardan Minasyan said he had watched all the matches of the Macedonian team, adding they are not playing better than Armenia.
