YEREVAN.- The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is not an organization of values any more, said head of Armenian delegation Davit Harutunyan.
Asked about the fate of sub-committee on Karabakh after PACE President Mevlut Cavusoglu leaves the office, Harutunyan avoided making any forecasts.
“Everything depends on political environment. Unfortunately, PACE stopped being an organization of values and is becoming an organization of interests,” he said.
The Armenian delegation is boycotting work of PACE’s sub-committee on Nagorno-Karabakh saying this format hampers peace process.
