YEREVAN. – Armenia’s current ministers are complaining everywhere that they are completely deprived of the opportunity to work and do something in the domain they direct, Hraparak daily writes.

“All matters are resolved either by leaders of the political parties that appointed them, or by the Prime Minister. They cannot even appoint a chief specialist, for the ministries they direct, without the party leaders, or PM. Perhaps that is also why the majority of them are solely interested in how much money they can make during their tenure, especially since they are sure it would not last for long,” Hraparak writes.
