YEREVAN. – A 3.5-magnitude earthquake was registered, on Friday at 12:30 p.m., 10 km west of Armenia’s Garni village. 

The tremor’s epicenter was 7 km beneath the ground, and it measured 5 at the epicenter area, Ministry of Emergency Situations Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The quake’s magnitude was 3-4 in capital Yerevan and Abovyan city.

Two aftershocks were registered at 12:31 p.m. and 12:32 p.m., with magnitudes of 2.0 and 3.0 respectively.
