YEREVAN.- The average US dollar/AMD exchange rate made AMD 377.25/$1 on NASDAQ OMX Armenia, Tuesday. It is the highest exchange rate registered over the last 4.5 months.
Sales totaled $1.5 million which proves the Central Bank was not preventing US dollar appreciation.
Exchange offices raised the rate up to AMD 376/$1, minimal sell rate made AMD 378/$1.
