A representative of Hamas has warned residents of the southern Israeli city of Ashkelon to leave the latter before 5pm local time on Tuesday, CNN reports.
He said this warning was a response to the "criminal displacement of our people and forcing them to leave their homes" in Gaza.
No other details are given in the aforesaid statement Hamas has posted on Telegram.
