MOSCOW. – Russian President Dmitri Medvedev signed a document on ratification of amendments in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Kremlin press service informs on Thursday. 

The Treaty allows using force in settling crisis situations of CSTO member states. Council of MOD of CSTO will coordinate the work. In case of aggression against any CSTO member state it will be viewed as aggression against all member states of Treaty and the rest of members will support the state including military and peace keeping assistance.

The law was approved by the Council on October 12. CSTO features Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Russian media informs.
