YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Ambassador to Canada Armen Yeganyan met with Harold Albrecht, member of the Canadian Parliament and Chair of Canada-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group, and discussed Armenian-Canadian cooperation. 

The interlocutors thoroughly examined Armenian-Canadian relations and the avenues toward deepening them further, cooperation between parliaments of the two countries, and the importance of high-level mutual visits, Armenia’s MFA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.    

Ambassador Yeganyan also expressed his gratitude to Harold Albrecht for his continuous principled stance in recognition of the Armenian Genocide.   

In response to the issues raised, Albrecht reaffirmed his and the Parliamentary Friendship Group members’ unconditional support.
