YEREVAN. - A group of European writers, who is in Armenia along the lines of the “Literary Ark 2011: Ten Years Later” cultural program, on Thursday visited the Zvartnots Cathedral and the Etchmiadzin Mother Cathedral—where they met with Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II—and, to familiarize with Armenia’s history and culture, visited the tomb of St. Mesrop Mashtots, inventor of the Armenian alphabet, in Oshakan village.       

In the evening, presentation of the Homo Ludens (Creating Man) Project was held at Khnko Apor National Children’s Library, during which several foreign cultural figures spoke about their vision for the creating individual.    

Following the presentation, the aforesaid cultural program’s participants visited the museum of renowned Armenian film director Sergei Parajanov, and met with Armenian thinkers.
