MOSCOW. - We are happy with the current level of Armenian-Russian discourse. We have created such climate under which all matters can be discussed, and this is the most important in relations among friends, Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan stated during his meeting with Russia’s President Dmitry Medvedev, on Monday in Moscow.

“Economic relations are developing, [and] despite the crisis, goods turnover and investments are growing by the year. Under a blockade, this is very important for us. We are happy that today we will sign the agreement on the humanitarian domain. That side, too, is very important for us. I arrived in a good mood and will leave likewise in a good mood,” Serzh Sargsyan stated, thanking for the warm reception and special attention.
