YEREVAN. - Court of First Instance of Armenian capital Yerevan’s Nork-Marash administrative districts on Monday ruled in favor of Special Investigation Service’s motion, and thereby extended for two more months the detention term of Margar Ohanyan, former Chief of Road Police, Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes. 

“This was informed to the paper by attorney M. Vasakyan. Ohanyan is charged with abuse of official position and large-scale embezzlement of property, [and] he is in prison since August 30,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
