YEREVAN. – Business activities of MPs are Armenian Parliament’s inner affairs, co-representative of inter-parliamentary Armenia – EU cooperation committee, European People’s Party-European Democrats (EPP - ED) MP Milan Cabrnoch told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Regarding his meeting with oppositional Armenian National Congress leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Euro parliament MP said that they welcome the represented information to make a general idea of the Armenian society, that is all.

In response whether Ter-Petrosyan showed the list of 76 MPs dealing with business, Cabrnoch said that the issue was touched upon, but no list was shown. Besides, it is Armenian Parliament’s inner affair and European parliament does not condemn each state and its constitution, MP said adding that it is not reasonable to exclude successful businessmen from dealing with politics.
