YEREVAN. - Ruling coalition’s Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) MP Vahe Enfiajyan wrote letters to state-run university rectors and asked them to present a list of socially disadvantaged university students with a high academic performance. And the Gagik Tsarukyan (PAP Chairman) Charitable Foundation wants to provide individual scholarships to those students, Hraparak daily writes.

“But the university rectors are not in a hurry to respond to Enfiajyan. According to our information, the Ministry of Education and Science made it clear to the rectors that if the Gagik Tsarukyan Charitable Foundation wishes to provide individual scholarships to the students, it must apply to the Ministry because that is the order. But it seems the PAP MP does not want to apply to the coalition’s [other, Republican Party of Armenia] RPA Minister [of Education and Science],” Hraparak writes.
