STEPANAKERT. – Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire more than 1,350 times, from October 1 to 30, at the line of contact between Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces.

In excess of 200 ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan were recorded at the border of Armenia.  

The adversary violated the ceasefire approximately 1,150 times within the mentioned time period, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.   

During ceasefire violations, the Azerbaijani side fired shots through different weaponry, including sniper weaponry, more than 250 times. Armenian Armed Forces strictly adhere to the ceasefire and resort to responsive operations in case of extreme necessity.

Armenian Armed Forces fully control the situation at the line of contact with the adversary.
