YEREVAN.- Head of penitentiary department at Armenia’s Justice Ministry Hayk Harutyunyan has not handed in resignation.
Taking to the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent, spokesperson for the department Gor Ghlechyan said reports about resignation are untrue.
Earlier press reported Hayk Harutyunyan had already handed in his resignation and expected to assume the post of governor of Gegharkunik region.
