YEREVAN. – National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan was offered to head the ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Campaign Headquarters, months ago, but, he had not agreed to go to the Headquarters right away, and had tried to ascertain as to what he would be offered in return, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun daily writes.        

“And so, according to our information, that ‘deal’ ended [with the result] that, if RPA can form political majority in parliament, [President] Serzh Sargsyan will entrust the PM office to Hovik Abrahamyan,” Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun writes.
