YEREVAN. – The book Armenian Question in 120 documents from Russian State Archives by a Turkish writer Mehmet Perinçek is another falsification of historical facts, head of the National Archives of Armenia Amatuni Virabyan said at a press conference on Tuesday.

According to Virabyan, author of the book used the excerpts of documents useful for the Turkish side, ignoring testimonies on the Armenian Genocide.

The book was accepted with great enthusiasm more in Azerbaijan than in Turkey. In Turkey, the book was accepted more restrained.

“In Moscow libraries, one can see at least ten anti-Armenian books written by Azerbaijani writers in Russian. The books are published in a good design and the most important, are available in price,” Virabyan said and added that Armenian side does nothing in response, lacking the appropriate state propaganda.

National Archive intends to publish documents testifying the Armenian Genocide by the Ottoman Turkey till 2015 as a counterbalance to the Turkish-Azerbaijani propaganda.
