YEREVAN.- Norway has not changed its migration policy after Utoya tragedy, said Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre at a joint press conference with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian.

The Minister expressed gratitude for condolences extended by Armenian authorities and common citizens adding that his country’s law enforcers will do their utmost to provide safety of Norwegian citizens.

However, Norway has not introduced changes to its migration policy. The country is adherent to principles of democracy and transparency, he stressed adding that it is necessary to cooperate in struggle against international terrorism.

Double act of terrorism occurred in Norway on July 22. The terrorist, 32-year-old Behring Breivik, detonated a bomb in the center of Oslo near the governmental complex. Later he opened fire at a youth camp of the ruling political party on Utoya Island killing 93 people and injuring another 97. Seven people died in bomb explosion in government building.
