CHISINAU. – Despite the scandal, Moldova intends to sell the Armenian customer the rest of the weapons, Moldnews reports quoting Moldavian MOD Vitalie Marinuţa.
He said, during the parliament hearings on the issue he asked the MPs review the “facts and legal documents” and “not media reports.” Moreover, Marinuţa stated that the deal on selling Moldavian weapons will be completed, as “the contract includes no suspicious points and ‘there is no legal document to prevent it.”
In the meantime, the Minister rejected to say whether the Lithuanian company, from which Lithuania intends to call back the license, will mediate the deal again, as the company cheated, ensuring the Moldovan side that Latspetsexports has a license to carry out the deal.
