YEREVAN. – Agents from the National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia on Thursday averted an attempt to sell radioactive material.

Armenian citizens Karen Danielyan, Ararat Hakobyan, Karen Yedigaryan, and Tigran Hovhannisyan were detained while transferring Strontium to a foreign citizen, NSS Press Center informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.        

NSS Department of Investigation started an inquiry into the respective criminal case that is launched.
