YEREVAN. - Nagorno-Karabakh must become plenipotentiary party of negotiations, said MP from ruling Republican Party of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov in the Parliament on Tuesday.

“Azerbaijani side has to understand that our case is not about satisfaction of territorial claims, it’s about people’s right for self determination,” he said. “Azerbaijani leadership does everything to reach the so called fair solution of the conflict. If they really work for its settlement, they should put down the belligerent speeches and threats to exert force, as well as agree to withdraw snipers from the contact-line.”
