MOSCOW.- Secretary of Armenia’s National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan met on Thursday  with Russia’s Emergency Situations Minister Seregy Shoygu.

The sides discussed wide range of issues related to cooperation in the field of emergency situations reaching agreement to elaborate a joint program for 2012-2013.

The meeting was followed by round-table discussions titled “Armenia’s cooperation within Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)”.  

Deputy Secretary General of CSTO Valery Semerikov delivered a report highly assessing Armenia’s active participation in CSTO activities.
