YEREVAN. – The 4-year-old Arman Gasparyan who got injured during a fire in one of the houses of Lori regions’ Gogaran village underwent a surgery, the Center of Radiology and Burns informed Armenian News-NEWS.am and added that a tracheotomy is being done so that the boy can breathe through a tube. The surgery is being done in order to ease the boy’s condition and to remove the airway edema. The doctors are doing everything they can so that Arman will be able to breathe on his own again. The boy’s condition remains critical.
3-year-old Gor Gasparyan who got injured during the same fire is in the intensive care unit of the “Surb Tiramayr” Medical center, where he receives therapeutic treatment and procedures for external processing. The boy’s condition is stable but extremely serious.
One of the four children died on Monday. The 6 month old baby got light burns and is under the observation of the village doctor.
