YEREVAN. – As a result of careless use of weapon, one of the two drivers of Davit Tonoyan, Armenia’s First Deputy Defense Minister, wounded the other driver, Zhoghovurd daily writes.

“When a five-member group of hunters scattered around to collect the several ducks that were shot, Davit Tonoyan’s driver Artyom Karapetyan said ‘the duck flew’ and asked for the weapon that was strapped on the shoulder of the other driver, Hamlet Mkrtchyan. While giving the weapon, the latter fired, after which they saw that the transferor’s leg was wounded. After administering first aid, Mkrtchyan was taken to hospital. At the time of the incident, First Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan was in Kazakhstan,” Zhoghovurd daily writes.
