YEREVAN. – The murder case of a 26-year-old taxi driver, who was killed in Armenia’s capital Yerevan on Friday, is solved.

To note, the cab driver Galust Melkonyan was killed as a result of an argument.

Melkonyan, who had received stab wounds, was taken to hospital, on the same day, but, not regaining consciousness, he had died. 

Several suspects, including Hakob Buniatyan, 22, were detained on the same day, and Buniatyan confessed that during an argument he had stabbed Galust Melkonyan four times, with his switchblade, and caused his death.   

Hakob Buniatyan is arrested, an investigation is underway.
