On Sunday, the General Jurisdiction Court of Armenia’s Lori Region held a closed hearing into the murder of a 29-year-old woman at a recreation home in Stepanavan city. And as a result, the Court sentenced the murder suspect, the city’s resident Arshavir Demirkhanyan, to two months, as an interim measure.
As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, a murder took place at Anahit Recreation home in Stepanavan city, on November 17. The murdered woman was the Belarusian, Inga Shishlo, 29. The latter had quarreled with the Recreation Home’s night guard, Arshavir Demirkhanyan, 58, and subsequently the guard had hit the woman’s head, with a bottle. Not regaining consciousness, the Shishlo died short time after being transferred to the hospital. And a criminal case was launched.
