YEREVAN. – Mihran Margaryan, 19, who was one of the two Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army conscripts who were killed by Azerbaijani snipers recently, was from Armenia’s Gyumri city, and he was planning on becoming a lawyer.

Prior to being recruited into the army, he was a second-year student at European Regional Educational Academy (ERIICTA).

And Armenian News-NEWS.am’s correspondent spoke with Mihran’s teachers. They informed that he was a balanced and a peace-loving young man. “He was a kind, intelligent, and a wise boy; he studied so well,” his teacher Hasmik Harutyunyan said.

“When the country is in peace, [when] no war is declared, it is so difficult to have such dire loss in times of peace,” ERIICTA lecturer Hasmik Sargsyan noted.
