YEREVAN. – News was received on Thursday that, on Wednesday, Armenian ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) first persons, namely, President and RPA Chairman Serzh Sargsyan and PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan, reached an agreement, on Wednesday, to run in the upcoming National Assembly elections with a united list, Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes.    

“No official comment was able to be ascertained from PAP, yesterday [Thursday]. [And] RPA representative, MP Hovhannes Sahakyan said: ‘I don’t rule that out. Your information might be reliable, but such issue is not yet discussed at RPA Board,’” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
