YEREVAN. – In the run-up to the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia, the battle between ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) is now silently taking on other shades, Yerkir daily writes. 

“According to our reliable information, RPA started a ‘campaign’ against PAP’s well-known personalities. They are attempting to ‘bribe’ and include among RPA ranks those PAP representatives who ‘bring votes’ in all of Armenia’s more or less well-known places. And all those who refuse to betray and remain loyal to their party are insinuated, in a friendly way, that they could have different kinds of problems in the future,” Yerkir writes.
