Philippe Lefort, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, will visit Armenia’s capital Yerevan for a second time, on November 28.
He will meet with the President, FM, Defense Minister, and National Security Council Secretary; they will discuss the Karabakh issue. The visit will be along the lines of EU efforts to assist OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) Minsk Group’s activities, the EU Delegation’s statement notes.
