The Council of Ministers might authorize European Commission to conclude bilateral agreements on visa facilitation and readmission with the Armenian government towards the end of December, said Poland’s State Secretary for European Integration Affairs Mikolaj Dowgielewicz after regular EU-Armenia Cooperation Council meeting on Friday.

"For our part we would very much like to complete work in European Council on Commission’s mandate to enter into negotiations with Armenia on visa facilitation and readmission agreements in late December," RIA Novosti quoted Dowgielewicz.
