YEREVAN. – Head of Armenian Central Electoral Commission (CEC) Tigran Mukuchyan and Secretary Armen Smbatyan will observe the Russian parliamentary elections. They are invited by Russian CEC, Smbatyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

According to him, there will be also long and short term observers besides them.

Russia will hold parliamentary elections on December 4. Armenian News-NEWS.am earlier informed that Armenian MPs will also be among the observers.

Ruling coalition member Prosperous Armenia party MP Naira Zohrabyan said that Armenian MPs will follow the elections in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. They will be included in the mission of OSCE, PACE and CIS inter-parliamentary assemblies.
