YEREVAN. – Delegation of Haypost [Armenian post] met with the administration of Russian post in Moscow recently. They negotiated on deepening cooperation in the near future. The sides intend to activate already operating mechanisms between the post operators of the two states. As a result, money transfers, parcels, letters and other post services will reach to the addressee quicker.

Post offices exceed twice the number of the whole trade bank offices in Armenia. Besides, majority of its offices are in villages and regions. 

Technologic development of international transfers is the guarantee of stable market of Russian and Armenian post operators. The sides will also discuss possibility of implementation the technology of transfers without address.  

Long-commerce development, which will lead to the increase of items, is another issue that post operators face, Haypost press service reports.
