On the part of Azerbaijan the monitoring will be conducted by the OSCE Chairperson Personal Representative of Andrzej Kasprzyk and his personal assistant William Pryor and field assistant Antal Herdic.
From Karabakh positions the monitoring will be conducted by the coordinator of OSCE Chairperson Personal Representative office Imre Palatinus, field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson Hristo Hristov and Marius Puojunas.
