Russian citizen of Armenian origin was detained in Georgia for trespassing the border.

Henrik Madosyan was detained in the Georgian village on Monday for entering Tshkhinval region (South Ossetia) from the Russian Federation through Rock tunnel, Novosti Gruziya reports.

According to Georgian legislation, citizens crossing the borders of South Ossetia and Abkhazia from the Russian side get note in their passports and are considered a trespasser. He will have to pay fine or will be sentenced to four years in jail.
