YEREVAN.- Armenian oligarch, leader of Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan has not discussed the cooperation proposal of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC), his spokesperson said.

Talking to the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent, Khachik Galstyan said Tsarukyan and his family had just retuned from vacations in Dubai.

Earlier members of the party said they would comment on the proposal as soon as Gagik Tasrukyan returns to Yerevan.

During the opposition rally held last week leader of ANC Levon Ter-Petrosyan said in case ruling coalition member Prosperous Armenia wants to struggle for holding fair elections, ANC may discuss the proposal.
