As a result of an Israeli air raid on a school located in the north of Gaza City killed at least 22 Palestinians, reports Al Jazeera.
It is noted that the school housed displaced people.
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry condemned the incident, calling it “systematic and continuous attacks on the civilian population and shelters for Palestinian displaced persons in the Gaza Strip.”
Ministry spokesman Sufyan al-Qudah said Jordan rejects “Israel's continued violations of international law and international humanitarian law.”
Al-Qudah emphasized the need to provide civilians with basic services and humanitarian shelters, which, according to international law, must be protected at all costs.
