YEREVAN. – Ever since the day when it was decided that Armenian National Assembly (NA) MP Hermine Naghdalyan will not hold the office of NA Deputy Speaker, she stopped attending NA sessions, Hraparak daily writes.
“Yesterday [Monday], when even the [ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia] RPA’s most exotic MPs had come to NA, Naghdalyan was absent. There is information that she might be absent not only from the sessions of this NA, but also she might not be in the other parliament. The only problem is that Naghdalyan is the chair of RPA Women’s Council, and if she is not included in the RPA [election] list to be prepared soon, the RPA women might not vote for the Party. Incidentally, [former NA Speaker] Hovik Abrahamyan also had not come to the Parliament yesterday. The number of ‘disappointed’ is growing,” Hraparak writes.
