YEREVAN. – The news about State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia being separated again is not true, SRC Information and Public Relations Department informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.    

The tax and customs agencies were combined within SRC on August 31, 2008.

To note, the Zhoghovurd daily, referring to its well-informed sources, wrote in its Wednesday’s issue that SRC will soon be divided again.

“It will again be separated into two parts: tax and customs services. Furthermore, since SRC will be dissolved de jure, [and] pursuant to the Labor Code, SRC employees already received two-month notices to be released from work,” Zhoghovurd daily wrote.
