VILNIUS.- OSCE has to study possibility of deepening talks on Karabakh, Latvian FM Edgars Rinkevics said speaking at the OSCE Ministerial Council held in Vilnius.
“OSCE has to study possibility of deepening talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement to achieve cooperation and progress,” he said, the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reports from Vilnius.
As regard Georgia, Rinkevics said that Latvia supports territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia.
