YEREVAN.- The Heritage parliamentary group says it is not important who was the first to introduce the idea of vote of no confidence in the government.

Talking to journalists on Friday, group’s MP Armen Martirosyan recalled that the Heritage voted “for” and would participate in signature campaign to introduce the initiative in the Constitutional court.

The initiative was introduced by ARF Dashnaktsutyun MP Armen Rustamyan. Rustamyan said the executive body is incapable to implement social-economic projects and improve the situation in the state. However, it was rejected by the parliament.
