YEREVAN. – The personnel changes are continuing at Yerevan City Hall, Hraparak daily writes.

“The Mayor’s chief advisor Davit Melkonyan is relieved of his duties, and another advisor, Hrachya Muradyan, is appointed in his stead. To note, former Mayor Karen Karapetyan had brought Melkonyan from ArmRusGazprom [Company]. Another one of Karapetyan’s personnel, [that is], Deputy Mayor Vahagn Arakelyan, went on an unreturned vacation. After his vacation, he will return to his former place of employment: ArmRusGazprom. Also, Seda Barseghyan, long-term head of the Children’s Protection Division, is relieved of her duties, and she is replaced by Ida Khachatryan.
